The Scotts Mill subdivision in Apex, NC was created in 1997 by two premier local developers, Stratford Woods LLC and Scott’s Woods LLC. These developers employed some of the best builders in the area for the homes in Scotts Mills. The homes themselves vary in size from about 1300 square feet to about 3300 square feet. The neighborhood contains an attractive combination of classic Charleston-style homes and finely crafted custom homes. Many say the people in this neighborhood are very special and take pride in theri homes. It has one of the best reputations of all Apex, NC Neighborhoods.
Home prices in the Scotts Mill neighborhood range from about $200,000 to about $379,000 and consist of both single-family homes and townhouses. There are about 500 single-family homes and 184 townhomes in the development.
Scotts Mill is centrally located and there are plenty of activities and attractions nearby. The development itself has an Olympic-sized swimming pool, volleyball court and tennis courts.
