The Abbington subdivision is a unique two-stage development in Apex, NC. Apex ranked 14th in the “100 Best Places in America to Live” by Money Magazine in 2007. Although modern and progressive, Apex hasn’t forgotten its roots and celebrates them in a quaint downtown historic district and turn-of-the-century train depot, both of which are great family-oriented destinations.

Located close to the Beaver Creek Commons shopping center, a 750,000 square foot complex that houses a movie theater as well as major retailers like Kohl’s, Borders, Target, Circuit City, Dick’s Sporting Goods, T.J. Maxx and Old Navy. The Commons is also home to several restaurants, including Chick-Fil-A, Panera Bread,Chili’s, Firehouse Subs, Red Robin Burgers and Longhorn Steakhouse.
